Our data centre network connectivity services also provide effective communication between all Telehouse Docklands sites via any IP-capable device that uses an Ethernet connection. Our full-scale End-to-End international network service delivered through our parent company KDDI can provide you with the infrastructure to deliver services to overseas subsidiaries and extend your reach by simply accessing the KDDI Global network. Our Ethernet VLAN offers a fast, resilient, transparent connection between all your equipment situated across our entire campus.

Network and device monitoring
- Together with KDDI Europe, we provide proactive network and device monitoring services. Our specialist engineers conduct fault investigation with carriers for service restoration, ping monitoring and automatic mail notifications if the device is down.
