Breath of Fresh Air! Thank you!
Ooma Office was recommended to us by our IT Support Team. They had recently made the switch themselves and were 100% satisfied. So we like that our support team not only is familiar with the soft and hardware but APPROVES of it as well. The next thing about using Ooma Office is the fantastic and user-friendly dashboard! We're so thankful for a platform making personalized changes as frequently as we want FREE and INSTANT.
Luckily for us, we have yet to come across anything from the Ooma Office platform or billing that we have disliked or that has brought us any inconvenience. Any minor issue that we did come across, we simply called the Ooma Support Team phone number and spoke with a very friendly representative who knew EXACTLY what the issue was. She was able to have the entire issue resolved and phone call completed within a matter of minutes! PLUS it was all covered in the cost of our monthly bill. It's hard to find another provider that offers all of that.

Ooma provides simplicity & affordability
Mobile phone app, for sure. It's super convenient to be able to call clients on my cell at any time.
My app sometimes won't push notifications so I may miss a call. Usually not a big deal, but could use better integration with iOS.

Effective & Efficient
I love how quickly and user-friendly the Ooma phone set up process is. Not only was the set up easy, but when I called in for a few brief questions, the staff was incredibly helpful and provided the guidance quickly and easily. The phone is also quite comfortable. The size of the buttons and easy of button placement makes for a streamlined process. I also appreciate the efficiency of the caller ID as it helps me determine who is calling quickly and how I can be prepared before picking up the phone.
I have yet to find a dislike at this time. However, when I did call customer service, a few months ago, I do recall asking about a specific feature that she stated isn't available at this time, such as the desktop app and transcripts of voicemails. The transcripts go directly to email. It would be nice to have them also housed in the app or on the web browser version of Ooma phone so that there are several areas where we can keep a history of the calls. I would also like there to be a more streamlined way of seeing what phone line a client called in from. Since we have a couple of lines, I want to be able to track that information easier, such as switching between lines. Would also be nice to have that feature directly on the phone, instead of having to customize it on the browser first.
