Amazing software
What do you like best?
Because we are virtual and the fact that they have this type of virtual system that helps the clients and the agents. It is very amazing and I can't wait to continue using it.
What do you dislike?
To be honest I don't have any dislikes so far. I am still waiting to see what the team thinks about it. But from all the gossiping I haven't hear anything negative yet.

PVA is a great place to start Bot Development
I like how easy the software is to use . It's very user friendly and basically walks you through every step of the way. I like how it's very similar to power automate and they integrate very well. Adding it to teams is also easy.
It is limited in some areas but for simple bot automation, that's all you need. Licensing is expensive but they do give you free trial and as long as you don't publish your bot on an external facing website, you will conitnue being able to use it past the trial period.
