I like the ease of use, the ease of setup/deployment. Unattended access allows for admin elevation, so do the shell interface. It supports multiple monitors, file transfer, etc. Lots of the same features as other, much higher priced options and works just as well, if not better. Plus, the price per technician is great!
It has a web based admin console and software based console for management. We have 2 technician licenses, one for me and one for our help desk guy. If I'm logged in, as myself, to the web console and my local install of the software console at the same time, he cannot login. I get that they don't want people sharing accounts. But limit the number of sessions 1 account can have open at a time and allow the one user to login into both the web based and local console at the same time. I normally wouldn't complain, but this is how they recommend to set it up. Other than this one issue, the software is great.
