Dropsuite is awesome
It makes me smile which is rare for IT these days, when you need to recover lost emails you can do it whilst talking on the phone with the client and they usually say wait I can see them, you can then feel a little smug for just a moment and say "thats great news". Integration is simple and fast it does most of the hard work once you have it connected.
it doesnt yet backup secondary calendars, but then i dont think the competition does either and its midly annoying having to refresh the journal accounts now and. then when they disconnect but thats really a microsoft issue.
