What type of failover options do we offer?
- Seamless - Managed traffic runs over two circuits simultaneously. If one goes down, all traffic will be sent over the remaining circuit, without interruption (excludes real-time traffic).
- Stand-by - All managed traffic runs over a primary circuit. A secondary circuit is ready in case you experience a loss in service.
- Lossless - For Mission Critical Services, seamless failover to a secondary connection without interruption of real-time traffic, such as voice and video communications.
