Affordable option that helped our business grow
What do you like best about the product?

I liked that AT&T Connect allowed our team to integrate with our software and provide more of a mobile aspect. I also enjoyed the "how to" videos. They prevented me from having to call customer service.

What do you dislike about the product?

When we had an issue we needed help with, we would have to call in, and the wait time was very long. That was what was nice about the videos for the smaller issues, they prevented us from having to call.

What do you like best about the product?

AT&T Connect is a web conferencing and collaboration solution that offers features like screen sharing, video conferencing, and document sharing. I often appreciate its user-friendly interface, reliable performance, and the ability to facilitate virtual meetings and collaborations efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?

The user interface, it as less intuitive. Additionally, concerns have been raised about the platform being resource-intensive, limited integration options, mixed reviews regarding customer support, and some finding the pricing less competitive.
