Syngrafii iinked Sign™

The patented HTML5 Syngrafii signing technology that powers iinked Sign™ enables you to send a secure link that instantly transforms virtually any web-enabled device – mobile phone, tablet or desktop – into a signature pad. Because every signature is executed at the point of transaction and can only be used once, the electronic signature retains the unique biometric identifiers – like speed, cadence and pressure – that make traditional signatures legally binding affirmations of identity. Users can freely annotate any part of the document as if they were signing a document with a pen. All annotations are tracked to keep a secure audit trail of the document transaction history. Photo identification (such as driver’s license, identity card and passport page) can be embedded for further identity validation as required. Once complete, the digital document is immediately delivered to all participants in the signing session.

LongPen™

Unique to the iinked platform, LongPen™ is a patented robotic apparatus that allows users to remotely sign hard-copy documents with wet-ink signatures, in real time, using any web-enabled mobile or tablet device. Powered by Syngrafii’s proprietary technology, the device replicates your signature biometrics, capturing the speed, cadence and pressure for forensic validation and nonrepudiation purposes. Signatures are further securitized by the MasterFile,™ a repository of the complete transaction history for each executed signature, along with evidence of the identity, execution and intent of the signer to the transaction, including before and after images of the document(s) executed. In addition, a unique QR Code is created for authorized signing participants to validate access to the final document.

Seal

This feature allows users in Syngrafii to insert and sign within their digital Notary, Commissioner, or other Seals into documents within a VSR™ Session.

  • iinked Seal allows users of the Syngrafii platform to complete Remote On-Line Notarization. It can be used for all forms of documents and deployed for all types of use cases such as digital Notarization, Oaths, and Commissioner Statement or when other Seals are required on documents or transactions where electronic seals are accepted.
  • iinked Seal is part of the Syngrafii platform and upon the strength of iinked Sign, Video Signing Room and is tracked as part of Syngrafii’s proprietary tracking contained in the Masterfile used to audit e-signatures, video signings, and now the attachments of iinked Seal.
