Frontier Business Voice is an advanced voice service that works on Frontier’s fiber-optic network but uses traditional corded or cordless phones connected to your existing phone jacks. This service lets you talk on the phone and use your computer to access the Internet at the same time. Surfing the Internet, sending files, or instant messaging on your computer will not affect your ability to make and receive calls. It offers a number of advanced calling features that traditional voice services do not, such as locating me and simultaneous ringing on multiple phone numbers. The Frontier Business Voice Web portal also allows you to manage your calls, voicemail, and features through your FiberOptic TV and MyFrontier mobile app.
