- With the Call2Teams setup, you can even call individuals who don’t have the Microsoft Teams application. And if you miss a call? There’s no problem because Teams give you the ability to transcribe voicemails. Your call logs will also sync between the Teams and Nextiva apps, even if your calls are answered in the Microsoft application.

- View your call history in Nextiva Analytics. Nextiva tracks call and maintain accurate call history even if you take calls inside the Microsoft Teams environment.
Call recording
- Record calls and access call recordings in the Nextiva portal. When you enable call recording, Nextiva captures all phone calls even as you take them through the Teams app.
