    Fast reliable service from IPFone
    What do you like best about the product?

    I always had a direct line of communication with my account manager, and was able to always resolve issues in a timely manner if they ever came up, which was very rare. We love the services that we used with IPFone and never had an issue with them!

    What do you dislike about the product?

    That I can't use them at my new location or employment as they use another vendor.

    IPFone Service & Support is Top Notch!
    What do you like best about the product?

    Both my Channel Manager John Ficarra & my project manager Tony Shark make it easy to sell & implement. Most of the customer support team ( too many to name ) provide great support.

    What do you dislike about the product?

    No way to track the Trouble Tickets with all the notes.
