• Attune provides current and historical data for you to easily analyze and identify potential issues within your critical HVAC assets. Real-time HVAC visibility is becoming more prominent in assessing the performance of ventilation and air filtration systems within an interior space.
• HVAC Digitization: HVAC energy-efficiency analysis requires granular operational data. A typical Building Automation System (BAS) will run the HVAC control loops, but will not provide the needed real-time data for HVAC commissioning. Attune retrofits your HVAC assets with wireless sensors that capture comprehensive sets of real-time data such as supply/return temperature, compressor run-time, air flow, vibration, power consumption, and ambient temperature/humidity.

Avoid risk

• Monitor your facility with real-time alerts and notifications. Attune allows building engineers to set warning and critical thresholds that send instantaneous text and email alerts for critical infrastructure and environmental conditions.
• Equipment Failure: When equipment fails and a significant amount of time passes, the cost of the damage will escalate rapidly if a building engineer remains unaware. Having real-time visibility to the run-time status of facility equipment (e.g., pumps and HVAC assets) can provide an early warning of potentially catastrophic conditions in your facility. No BAS, No problem

• Attune provides alternative retrofit options for buildings with an outdated Building Automation System (BAS), no existing BAS, or a closed system. Gain visibility to utility systems (electricity, water, gas) that aren’t directly connected to the BAS and see all your data in real time via the Attune Dashboard or via API.
• Antiquated BAS: Any BAS that fails to provide needed sensor data is functionally obsolete. Attune’s wide array of sensors and bridges support adding new real-time monitoring on-site without adding costly BAS equipment. The wireless retrofits can be installed within hours, greatly simplifying project management and costs.
• No BAS: Attune provides inexpensive wireless retrofits that can capture real-time sensor data, deliver anytime, anywhere access to on-site conditions using real-time cloud dashboards, and control on-site lighting and HVAC using a virtual BAS in the cloud. In one example, individual thermostat set points can be controlled from the cloud using customized schedules or intelligent sensor-based controls.

How it works

  Our customers are interested in real-time data from the physical environment. They know they can’t manage what they can’t measure. With such a small portion of the built environment being digitized, there exists a real data gap. Our customers often know the specific set of mechanical, electrical, environmental (e.g., IAQ) or plumbing data they want, but can’t find the IoT hardware they need.

• Step 2: Add Attune Hardware -
  Most software platforms say they are agnostic to hardware; they are all waiting for needed hardware to show up. We built our own IoT hardware because we did not want any limits on the amount of real-time data we can ingest into our platform. Attune’s broad catalog of Bridge devices can interface with existing equipment (e.g., sensors, meters or devices), interface with existing infrastructure (e.g., BAS), or can bring new sensor functionality (e.g., IAQ) to a site.
