    We offer a wide range of customers’ billings and reports for your client’s unique needs. If you need additional reports or custom billing, our billing team is available to assist you. Many wireless customers have multiple invoices to break the billing down by cost center. At Dynalink we are able to give your clients as many cost centers as they need or multiple invoices while still sharing the data amongst all the devices. Our billing team does a first bill review with each customer to ensure that they are billed correctly, and they understand the invoice. If there is an error, we can redo the invoice so that it is correct.

We can limit devices to only using a certain amount of data which can decrease costs and increase the productivity of your clients’ employees. In addition, if they do start to go over a certain amount of data, we will alert you and your clients of the excess use. Once the overage is corrected, we will put the normal plan back on so that your clients can keep the high savings.

    Let Dynalink act as your customers in house mobile management. We will complete a new employee set up free of charge including but not limited to: Setting up voice mail, emails, passwords, bookmarks, cases and shipping directly to your client’s employee. Even if your customer has their own MDM solution, once given access, we will manage it for them including setting up DEP on all Apple Devices.
