The setup is very simple. You answer the provisioning questions and they configure the router before shipping. Once it arrives on-site you just plug it in and it works. Instant load balanced internet connections. The option for an external IP from Bigleaf is what seals the deal. Hosting a service using the external Bigleaf IP means you can swap internet connections in and out at will without affecting your hosted service. The support is top notch. I don't think I've ever called in and waited more than a minute to speak to a person.

Bandwidth caps. The branch routers are licensed by bandwidth meaning you can't use all the bandwidth from your ISP unless you match the plan speeds. The notifications can also be annoying if a connection is intermittent.

We've never experienced an outage caused by Bigleaf's service or hardware. It has saved us multiple times from outages affecting one of our circuits. Bigleaf keeps our business running.

Cost is a factor with this service. We are also limited by our service level on the speed our circuits can be (without upgrading to a higher tier of service from Bigleaf). We get everything we pay for, however.

Bigleaf has been our SD WAN backbone for over 3 years now. We rely on the system to keep our internet and communication online for our Emergency Dispatch Center where we dispatch over 80,000 calls for service each year. The BigLeaf platform is easy to use and monitor for internet status and outages. The technical support department is always quick to answer and are able to provide great support!

The alerts system can be somewhat clunky to setup, it can be hard to setup the triggers for alerts when utilizing a network with frequent instability such as cellular.
