Our office has been operating on the Switchvox 80 for almost five years. We like the system a lot as it is user friendly and pretty reliable. If we do run into any issues, tech support is great to work with and are always will to assist you with any problems we have with the device.
We have run into glitches a few times with our switchboard which we have to restart the software every once in a while. There are some features we wish to have back in the switchboard as well. One of those features is being able to drag a call to an extension. I know the people who manage the front miss that function. Otherwise, we are really happy with the appliance we have at our office right now.
