A solar energy generation

Solar Roof Mounts

Use your roof to generate energy.

  • energyware™ designs and installs commercial solar roof mount PV systems. We specialize in customized design options that will not penetrate your membrane and void your warranty. No matter your roof type, we have the racking type to accommodate any roof. Whether its asphalt shingles, membrane, or metal seam, we’ve seen it and installed on it.
  • Receive Federal Grants, RECs, and/or Utility Rebates
  • Lower Operating Costs Immediately
  • Achieve close to 100% Energy Offset
  • To help you reduce your capital expenditure, we will show you how to capitalize on combined solar state and federal incentives, saving you up to 60%. Investing in solar is a smart business decision and its possible to achieve a payback in just 2 to 5 years. In addition, we have several PPA options where there is no money down and you can start saving on your kWh day 1.

Solar Carports

Produce energy and provide shelter.

  • Solar carports are becoming very popular as they produce energy while protecting staff, customers and guests from the elements. These structures shade cars from hot sun in the summer and snow and rain in the winter months. They provide and excellent way take unused space and make a much larger PV system than using a roof top. The larger offset will help to lower your operating costs and help you achieve your sustainability goals.
  • The investment also provides a hedge against the volatile electrical rates that are predicted to increase regularly in the coming years. Your stakeholders, whether customers or employees will love parking now, protecting their cars and letting the sun operate their computers and machinery!
  • Maintenance Cost Reduction
  • Modern, Clean Look
  • Won’t Affect Available Parking Spaces
  • Achieves Sustainability Goals
  • Cars Stay Cooler
  • Provides Shelter from the Sun and Rain

Solar Ground-Mount Systems

Another common PV design is called a ground mount system where solar panels are positioned on the ground rather than on the roof.

  • The panels are usually at a 30 degree tilt aiming due South. Thus, assures maximum solar energy production. We design the row spacing so it generates the optimal production while factoring land use, cost and production. The posts that hold up the panels are usually driven into the ground but can be placed in concrete ballasts and footers. We’ll determine which design is right and maximize it to meet your needs.

Low maintenance

  • Cleaning and maintaining solar panels for ground mounts is simple.

Custom designs

  • Arrays can be customized to meet your property and goals.

Achieve goals

  • Save money and achiever your sustainability goals.

Improve production with tracking systems

  • Single-axis tracking systems will increase energy production due to the panels following the sun throughout the day. They produce more but due to their long span and moving parts, they do require more land for the same size DC system. On the other hand, dual-axis tracking systems move both north-south and east-west. They are designed to maximize energy production all year round.
