Thank you for being a valued business partner!
There are several benefits we enjoy engaging with Tellenium. First and foremost, Tellenium organizes the mountain of data created by the plethora of invoices we get each month from all our carriers. The data becomes organized, accessible, and searchable. We know exactly what our spend is and can make realistic projections and budgetary estimates. In addition, Tellenium goes to bat for us and manages any and all billing disputes releasing us from this responsibility and making us able to spend time on technology issues. Lastly, we know that Tellenium's audit and 0-usage functions constantly find unused carrier services that can be disconnected saving us valuable dollars.
The services that Tellenium provides for carrier services are extremely valuable. It would be nice if these services could be extended to other technology disciplines such as Network, server, end user computing gear and their service contracts.
