What do you like best about the product?
Everything I like. Management console is user friendly and installation of Acronis Agent is very easy.

I have not faced any issue here. Everything is fine.

Acronis has saved our Clients Multiple Times
What do you like best about the product?
I like how we can spin up a potentially downed server in the VM section and figure out not only why it was down, but fix it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recovering a PC from a current PC to a new pc can get complicated with the wording.

The ease of setup for new Clients and the installation of the agent are quick and easy, and allowing me to assign others to our portal provides company wide precipitation. The integration of the cyber protection for ransomware is awesome and provides additional protection for our clients.
