Nextiva's Customer Support is top notch!!!!
What do you like best?

Customer support is on point, reachable and extremely dedicated to providing outstanding service to their customers. That is extremely comforting when you're business relies on their service, they deliver!! Our new service install was completed to our satisfaction thanks to Aleksandr, who went above and beyond to ensure we were up and running properly. Our phone service is crucial to our business so we are extremely grateful.

What do you dislike?

I have nothing negative to say about this service provider. Everything is working smoothly, as expected.

What do you like best about the product?

Today I was chatting with Alina F about a billing issue and also requesting some changes to my account. The agent was very helpful and met my requests quickly and professionally. I appreciate the quick response to my questions and also for making me feel at ease when the system did not accept some of my changes on the first try. It was overall a good experience. Thank you Alina F.

What do you dislike about the product?

There was nothing negative i could say about the chat session. I like to do this as i have a lot of meetings and phone calls, and can get issues resolved when I am involved in something else.
